These are labor rates, published so you can decide before you call. Parts are quoted separately for your exact vehicle and you'll have the full number before any work begins.

Why labor and parts are separate
A battery for a Corolla and a battery for a Mercedes are not the same part, and pretending otherwise is how people end up feeling misled at the end of a job. So we publish the labor, which is fixed, and quote the parts for your specific car, which isn't.
Parts bought through us carry a warranty — some up to lifetime. If you'd rather supply your own, we'll fit them, but in that case the warranty sits with whoever sold them to you.
The diagnostic credit
The $95 diagnostic comes off the final bill if you have us do the repair. In practice that means finding out what's wrong costs you nothing when you go ahead, and you're never paying twice for the same information.
What isn't included
- Parts. Quoted per vehicle before work starts.
- Nothing else. No travel fee, no call-out fee, no shop supplies charge, no fuel surcharge.
Where prices can change
The listed rates cover most cars. A few things genuinely move the number, and we'll tell you before we start rather than after:
- Seized or snapped hardware, which is common on older vehicles in Florida humidity
- Heavy European SUVs and performance vehicles where access takes longer
- Jobs where a second fault turns up once we're into the car — we call you, we don't just add it
How you pay
Card, cash or Zelle, once the work is finished and you're happy with it.
Pricing questions
Is there a call-out or travel fee?
No. What we quote is what you pay — coming to you is included, not an add-on.
How much is the diagnostic?
$95, currently reduced from $125. If you have us do the repair, the full $95 comes off the final bill.
Are your prices the total, or just labor?
The prices listed are labor only. Parts are quoted separately for your specific vehicle before any work starts, so you always have the full number before we begin.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Parts purchased through us are covered by warranty, and some carry a lifetime warranty. If you supply your own parts we'll fit them, but the warranty is between you and your supplier.
What kind of vehicles do you work on?
Any make and model. Domestic, Japanese, Korean and European, from daily drivers to higher-end vehicles.
Is there anything you don't do?
We don't do bodywork or paint. We also don't take on deep electrical work like chasing wiring harness faults. Component replacement including alternators, starters and batteries is no problem.
