Technicians — run your own van
If you're a good tech who's tired of the flat-rate grind, the service-writer politics and being one of twenty guys in a bay, this is a different job.

- Local. Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel and up into Pasco. You're home at night.
Who we're looking for
Mobile work is different from bay work in one important way: there's no senior guy in the next bay to ask. You're on your own in someone's driveway, making the call yourself. So we're hiring for independent diagnostic judgment and reliability as much as for wrenching.
Customer manner matters too. You're standing in someone's driveway, not behind a counter. The people who do well here are the ones who can explain a repair to someone who knows nothing about cars without making them feel stupid.
What you'll need
- Solid diagnostic ability — you can read live data, not just codes
- Your own hand tools
- A clean driving record
- ASE certification is a plus, not a requirement. We care more about what you can actually do.
